The parish hall is provided as a community facility, and is available for hire for parties, Weddings, Baptisms, meetings, coffee mornings, community events, clubs and societies.
Room Charge Large room £20.00 per hour Small meeting room £10.00 per hour Foyer area £25.00 per hour Whole centre exclusive hire £50.00 per hour All bookings include 15 minutes set up and pack away free of charge. Anyone exceeding this time will be charged in accordance with the hourly rate. The hirer is responsible for the safe return of the key within the time agreed with the parish representative. Any loss or damage to the key will result in a replacement charge. Cancellation fees: Cancellations will be charged at the full rate if less than 7 days’ notice is given. Where less than 14 days and more than 7 days’ notice is given a 50% refund will be given. Payment terms: Fees must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the booking.
